Breakfast smoothie

Excited about my first ever blog post…hope you guys like it, here we go…

So for those like me who like their breakfasts, but do not have much time in the morning, smoothies are great, easy and healthy option. There are so many recipes out there, so no shortage of ideas..Here is my version:


1,5 cups of milk (or non dairy milk)
1 spoonful of favorite protein powder (I use plant protein powder, but any would do, or even oats)
2 tbs of raw seed mix (my mix is equal size of raw sunflower, sesame and pumpkin seeds I keep mixed together in a container)
1 tbs of chia, flax-seed (ground) or hemp seeds (I usually do one or two servings of these and rotate)
1/2 avocado, or banana
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries or cherries are my faves)
2-3 dry dates (when using avocado, I use them to sweeten my smoothy; best if you soak them overnight so they blend well)


Blend all and enjoy!
